It was easy to put together, instructions had nice pictures to follow, very little effort to install. I cleaned the window and suction cups with rubbing alcohol and dried the window really well but left just the tiniest speckles of alcohol on the cups. I made sure to press the cups with my fingers where I saw air to push it out. It’s been up for several days without any issues.
My cat is around 8/9lbs for reference but she jumps on and off multiple times a day and even naps on it and it hold her great!I saw a review that mentioned they put the suction cups in hot water for a little (I did it for 10min) and it helps the suction and it honestly did
